KNN! 16 ERP in ONE tunnel?
Bloody hell, I looked at the Straits Times today at http://www.straitstimes.com/Singapore/Story/STIStory_279366.html?sunwMethod=GET and essentially, they were talking about safety in Singapore’s longest underground tunnel which was like 12km long.
Apparently, they said something about roads having “ducks” (as shown below) – I wonder why they don’t have chickens instead of ducks, though.
What was really damned disturbing was this phrase:
“..to lower the chance of accidents.. 16 Electronic Road Pricing gantries will go up along the tunnel”.
WAH LAO EH! ONE BLOODY TUNNEL that is 12KM long you have 16 gantries? Isn’t every 800m you go one single ERP gantry then?
How long my cashcard gonna beep sia! I think the machine would be like continuous now before of this extremely clever implementation which is designed for our safety and in no way would allow us to have accidents.
Well, maybe its the bright work from our beloved authorities
In short, I agree that such wise decisions such as spending millons of dollars on 16 ERP gantries enable us to create an accident free society, since ERP can stop cars in midair, and can like uh, be so powerful and all-mighty

Ghost tunnel anyone?
Doesn’t make sense. Use ERP to control accident?
lol, it’s indirectly telling you that it wants less traffic on the road.
it’s all back to square one larhhs.
they’re just making nonsensical excuse.
I suggest that everyone boycott the tunnel so as to help to achieve the zero accident
Edwin: boycott your tunnel you si lang tao arh.
How can you boycott something the country has spent so much money in! =X
looks like jack neo gonna make another movie to make fun of that
