ITS HERE OMGS! RP Photo DB 08

Edit: Okay, hello new RP students - glad that you all found this before even the term started. Some of the tools in this site will actually, well.. allow you to do things which you can’t usually do, such as… Well - you’ll see as you go along.

First things first - I thought it would be fair to let you guys and gals know that the CURRENT version was hacked together in like.. less than minutes, with very very bad programming behind it - and to be honest,  was recycled from last year.

..and, if you do click a few pages back, you’ll also notice that I currently handle quite a few clients in work - and that it’s (obviously) time-consuming… but I’ve put aside a day or two to code something - and if everything goes well - it’ll be up by tomorrow (Tuesday or Wednesday).

Yep, go on, for those complaining - I.. have a very well known tendency to screw people up =X Please, don’t try that.. (I don’t think you want to, at least)

Well, enough said - go find out who’s in your class.

    i cant seem to view my class. what is the reason behind it? It states error everytime i login. However, all the details i typed are correct.

    @sam: Changing picture is impossible as the picture is loaded from the school server i guess.

    peekabook: alot of my classmates have this problem. Try connecting vpn, log in leo. it will prompt u change password.. change it and get back here!

    hey,
    i just cant get to see my class. everything is correct same student id and pw is used for leo and vpn, both can log in, just cant see the class..
    dang..

    any ideas?

    I had changed my password that time when my password expires, but now neither could i use the new or old password to log in… Any idea how to solve this problem? thanks… [ other then IT helpdesk ]

    those hu cant sign in leo or vpn, u hav to sent ure lappy to it helpdesk.. i cant sign in too.. tml gonna get it done..

    hmm? the only xplanation i could think of is pw already expired w/o our knowledge. i did it myself n helped my ex-classmates.. they all didnt know their pw expired again! or rather. they don show your pw as expiring soon in how many days because its already expired.

    another try to do tis is connect vpn (with the latest pw) you know and then ctrl alt dlt.. change pw. or ask someone to help u with that. if really cant then take it to it helpdesk or it’ll be really funny..

    day 1: not necessary a monday. (after hols whats not it wont be exactly on a mon anymore) but means the first module of the academic week. eg: week 14 first module is science (day1: science).

    I think the first version of the PhotoDatabase is the best.. Juz input name and can find all the friend in your class or check out friend class.. So that we can find our friends in same class with other sem friend

    Casper: Yes, i agree first version was best.. but remember when the first version always crash? somehow the first version keep sucking up all my server’s resources.. i will do my very best to make it that way :D

    The reason why you CANNOT login is because your password is set to “expire” the very second you log in… and guess what - the school did it on purpose to make SURE you step into the campus on DAY ONE of school to change it.

    Yandao.com verifies with the school’s database, using your information. There is really no way I can bypass that, sorry to hear that you think it sucks.

    Everyone else who lost/forgot their password: You can try http://myrp.sg.. click IT Helpdesk, there’s a telephone number there. Call them and they will reset for you within 5 minutes. Makes sense?

    Once again I would like to emphasize, that this is nothing official, and if it works, good for you - and if it doesn’t, well, don’t use it then ;) I’m sure you’ll be back, though.
