Can’t sign into MSN in RP? Here’s the fix!

Hey guys & gals,

Well, I know there hasn’t been an update in a while… but it’s 4.39AM and I’m half-drowning in work, and at the same thing creating / putting together this little toy for you all to play with. It’s absurdly tiring, and well, just appreciate it.

Yes, I know that quite a few of you guys have tried ways and means, and tried loads of free stuff to try to unblock it - good try, but free stuff (as in, free to the world) will probably have limitations - the fix below, is NOT free, it costs (me, at least) loads of cash to throw together - those technical + server guys will understand… so, if it doesn’t work, be nice - and tell me, nicely.

RP BLOCKED MSN? AWWW. LET’S UNBLOCK IT :)

Yes, I know you can’t sign in to MSN in school, obviously, because.. well, they blocked it!

Here’s the fix - for those who want to be able to use MSN again! Woohoo!

Any rant or critism which isn’t constructive (i.e if you can propose a problem or dislike - please do suggest WHAT you would like to see, and possibly HOW I should improve it), will be blatantly ignored.

I’ve around 80 e-mails for fixing MSN viruses left unread… still.. Anyone wanna read and reply them for me? :P I’ll buy you a tub of ice cream, coupled with some italian cooler syrup bottle, so you can spend half your life on a sugar high, and the other half on… well, work.

    Meh, nice job man. I’ve been using your-freedom since they blocked it though. It has served me well, but I’ll try yours too. http://www.your-freedom.net btw, proxy servers in EU and US, I usually use it to play WoW.

    we dl-ed ur prog, and installed the MSN proxy.. and even remove the proxy.. but can’t work for us.. hahaha

    Hey guys,

    Too many people were downloading at the same time - think: 300 * 100KB = 3000KB/s. I think the school’s bandwidth isn’t THAT powerful, hence it’s crashing.

    Keep the program, DON’T redownload it, and well, click install tomorrow ;)

    Let’s see what happens.. school’s lagging, not me.

    okay, seriously. my host file resets it to a blank one with only one entry - 127.0.0.1 localhost..

    it probably seems that u have another trojan which automatically adds it.
    check ur processes. and if it dont work, drop me a msg over msn :)

    hi, i’ve been having this problem since a few weeks ago. whenever i want to open my C or D drive, it will say “choose the programe you want to use to open this file. file : D:/”

    :razz: hi, do you guys know how to block msn web messenger?
    I mean i know how to block msn messenger through using firewall, but what about msn web messenger, (blocking it and still does not affecting me from still being able to view my inbox in hotmail)

    For a couple of weeks now I have been using a proxy site to sign into my msn from work. Today, when I come in, I keep getting thrown off/disconnected or a prompt comes up telling me that none of my contacts are online, when I do get on when I go to type a message it just throws me off. I thought it may have something to do with the work server, but I think it has to do with the actual e-mail account, everyone else can sign onto their msn’s, I can sign on using another e-mail but can no longer sign in using my main address.

    Do I have to change some kind of setting from my msn at home, in order for it to work here?

    Looking for a possible solution and/or feedback.. was unsure if I should DL the Yandao MsnProxy?.. Trying to be discreet at work, thus not considering any software.
