How to make Citrus Salad
Ingredients:
Around 5 bright red apples (get those expensive ones) – cut into cubes
2 Lemons – sliced
Grapes – around 20~30 pieces
Mango Juice
Fresh Prawns – steamed/boiled + deshelled. Cut into cubes..
Pineapple – de-skinned and cut into cubes. Get fresh ones; they taste better..
Coleslaw Cream - Kraft
Japanese Egg Mayo
Directions:
So basically its supposed to looke something like that.
Starting with pineapples as the base (as they’re sweet – we want to spread the taste), add mango juice and stir well. Mash it if desired.
Add in apple cubes, lemon, and grapes – try not to destroy the shape of the grapes, yah? They look better whole.
Here’s the secret to giving it a slight egg taste and the sweetness! Pour in.. I’d put around 5 squeezes… of the egg mayo, that is. And around say 1/4 cup of mango juice – just to give it sweetness…
Mix it up and it looks like…
